The All New
TaylorMade Rocketbladez Golf Clubs
Through-out
the years TaylorMade has been a leader in golf equipment in collaboration with its
company counter-part Adidas. Ever since 2006 TMaG has been #1 in golf clubs,
apparel and many other categories these companies are gunning for. Fortunately for
TaylorMade their design team has been creating the hottest irons and drivers on
the market, dominating the competition year after year.
TaylorMade
put the world in a roaring frenzy with the release of the Rocketballz Irons,
Drivers and Fairway Woods, while at the same time cornered the market by
branding hats, shirts and everything else with the rocket green RBZ logo.
However, by saying the Rocketballz flew off the shelf because of great marketing would be understating the capabilities of the revolutionary club from TMaG.

The
Rocketballz 3-Wood for instance literally aided golfers to stripe the ball 30
yards further than with previous modeled woods. Actually what TaylorMade did
was reduce the spin of the ball and by taking out less RPM’s it actually
generates more distance, making the 3- wood actually produce only 45 yards less
than a typical driver.
For
instance, the 9 iron generally generates 9,000 RPM while the 8 iron, usually
constructed with less loft, generates less RPM creating further ball distance
and this is true through-out the de-progression.
That
is probably why for the 2013 year, TaylorMade kept on the Rocketballz drivers
and woods, but completely wiped out the Rocketballz Irons and created the TaylorMade
Rocketbladez Irons, which TMaG claims to generate *15 more yards than the
irons currently used in your bag.
The
Rocketbladez set was designed to have a consistent distance between the gaps
throughout the set by precisely managing the RBZ Speed Pocket, Inverted Cone,
Face Thickness, Cg Location and also shaft length and loft. Made with a shorter
hosel the weight of the club is reduced by 9 grams, offering faster swing
speeds and moves the CG location closer to the center. By doing this TaylorMade
promotes a higher launch angle, higher peak trajectory and steeper descent
angle for quick-stopping landings and a ton more distance.
The price range is fairly
decent for these amazing golf clubs too. Starting at 799.95 for the TaylorMade
Rocketbladez Irons (Click
Here to check them out), it is a great price compared to other market
leaders i.e. Mizuno or Titleist where their golf clubs generally start at
899.95 or more.
Also the Rocketbladez Tour
model will be available in February, for the better player looking for more
control and feel.
*I
just happened to be in a local golf shop in Las Vegas and found that what TMaG
claimed to be true.
